TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing, installing, or using Durx products, you (“the Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms and Conditions:

 

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of Durx sinks, accessories, and related products.
1.2 By placing an order with Durx, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

 

2. Orders & Payment

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by Durx.
2.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Quotes are valid only for the time stated.

3. Returns & Restocking

3.1 Returns require prior written authorization from Durx. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
3.2 All approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

4. Limited Warranty

4.1 Durx provides a limited warranty on sinks and products, subject to the terms below.
4.2 The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, or abnormal use

  • Accidental damage, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation, maintenance, or cleaning

  • Damage from corrosive chemicals, impurities, or environmental conditions

  • Acts beyond Durx’s control

 

4.3 Durx’s liability under warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (at Durx’s discretion)

 

Limited 5 Year Warranty with all Durx sinks used in interior single-family domestic installations and used in interior multi-residential and rental housing installations.

Limited 2 Year Warranty with all Durx sinks used for commercial purposes in interior installations.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Durx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, delays, or costs of reinstallation.
5.2 Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

 

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All product names, trademarks, and branding associated with Durx remain the property of Durx and may not be used without written consent.

 

7. Amendments

7.1 Durx reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available upon request or on our official website.
